Assistant Minister Jonno Duniam has welcomed the Gutwein Liberal Government’s commitment to invest in health and infrastructure across Franklin.
“The Government’s announcement of a $30 million investment to deliver the second stage of the Kingston Health Centre, and $1 million for the Dover Medical Centre will benefit our communities in Franklin,” Assistant Minister Duniam said.
“On top of that, the Tasmanian Liberals are committed to supporting regional communities across Tasmania, including $3 million for the Thermal Pool at Hastings which will attract visitors to the iconic natural asset.
“The $3 million commitment for Stage Two of the Cockle Creek camping grounds and road upgrade will be a major boost to the popular holiday destination.
“These announcements are good news for Tasmanians and the residents of Franklin.”
